Who is the Penguin?
That is a very good question, actually. About 150 years ago, the penguin was the Jewish brain-cells of a warm-weather creature, living in warm Jewish towns, with Jewish books on his bookshelves (and Jewish food in his oven - but that is merely a matter of taste).
THEN - he moved to "new worlds" - America, Australia, S. Africa, Western Europe (new old world) - and somewhere along the line decided to put his Jewish brain-cells into cold storage, since, for some reason, there was no room in the baggage for those Jewish books.
Not having anything else to do, the brain-cells became a penguin. Don't be fooled by that dopey look - he is actually quite intelligent, once he thaws out.
Right now, he needs a "chavruta" - a study partner, someone to learn and study with, as he tries to warm up the dormant cells and rediscover the bookshelves he left behind.
